I am Ximena Guerrero, a 28-year-old graphic designer based in Mexico City. I am passionate about transforming information into compelling stories, and driving change through design.
I studied graphic design at Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City) and I have complementary studies in Elisava (Barcelona), UAL Central Saint Martins (London), IDEO U, Centro and the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (Mexico City). I am currently doing an MPS in Data Analytics & Visualization at the Maryland Institute College of Arts.
I currently lead the Content & Design department at Mercatitlán, an education start-up in Mexico City. I have worked in design firms and independently for clients such as Unilever, Tec de Monterrey, Mary Kay, Gentera, Christel House de México, Prodemex, and for small and medium-sized companies in various fields. I have experience in information design and storytelling, editorial design, branding, animation, illustration, and concept development.
